On March 5th, 2022, 9114HNC will be hosting Courage Unmasked III Gala Art Benefit Dinner. We will be showcasing masks created by local artists that you can bid on and bring home.

The Courage Unmasked III Gala Benefit Dinner will feature both silent and live auctions on unique art pieces raising money for head and neck cancer patients in financial need. We were fortunate enough to work with artists from all over the country this year. These artists used radiation masks that had been part of head and neck cancer treatment and turned them into fine art pieces that represent the challenges and triumphs of the human spirit.
During HNC treatment, patients are immobilized by mesh-like masks that keep their heads still. For some patients, these masks are frightening, or a symbol of the discomfort associated with treatment. When these masks are transformed into art it can be an empowering and uplifting experience.
The works created by our artists will be up for auction at the gala. All of the proceeds from mask sales will be used to grant financial support to current head and neck cancer patients and HNC survivors who live in the greater Washington, D.C. area.

Ticket Information: $175 per person / $330 per couple. Tickets include Cocktails, Dinner, Auction and Free Parking!
