Once published, the 2021 issue of the Journal will be available here. IEST members and Journal subscribers will have access to all of the papers in this issue and the entire Journal archive. Non-members and non-subscribers may view the abstracts and purchase the papers.

Call for Experts: IEST Working Group CC005

Working Group CC005 of the IEST Contamination Control Division is reactivating and looking for cleanroom experts to join the group to revise IEST Recommended Practice CC005.4: Gloves and Finger Cots Used in Cleanrooms and Other Controlled Environments. 

IEST-RP-CC005.4 was last updated in October 2013. It describes procedures for testing and evaluating gloves and finger cots used in cleanrooms and other controlled environments. Tests are provided for determining cleanliness, physical and chemical integrity, and other relevant properties. Guidelines are provided to assist with the proper selection of gloves or finger cots.
