After two years of service as Westcave Executive Director, Trevor Hance has moved on to pursue other interests. We are grateful for his guidance and leadership through these challenging times.
Westcave is pleased to welcome Linda Wofford as our new Interim Executive Director. Linda has a 25+ year history with Westcave. During this time, she held a variety of roles across the organization including stints as a volunteer, a staff member and a board member. As a staff member, she worked in education and development and served as Associate Director for more than 10 years. As a board member in the 1990’s, Linda chaired the Education Committee and was actively involved in the planning for our award-winning Warren Skaaren Environmental Learning Center. In addition, Linda currently chairs the board for the nonprofit Families in Nature and is board co-chair and a founding member of a new nonprofit, Equity Kids. Linda will be working closely with the Westcave Board and key staff members as we move through this pivotal transition period and search for our next permanent Executive Director.
