If you missed our meeting last Thursday, we wanted to share out information from that meeting - including a list of the elected site reps, who will also be following up with their staff!

Besides meeting elected representatives and hearing updates, there was a chance for unit members to share out what feels urgent at schools right now. It is clear that at some schools in particular, staff is being impacted by resignations, lack of subs, burnout, and beyond. While we are continuing to urge the administration to come to the bargaining table to address these issues, we want to gather concrete data on where and how staff is being impacted. If you did not get a chance to at the meeting, please take our staffing survey to share your current situation and what solutions you would support in the bargaining process:

- Wednesday, December 8, 5:00pm - Special HTH Board Meeting
Who: Anyone who is interested in knowing why this board meeting has been called at the last minute.

- Thursday, December 9, 4:30pm - First Rep Council
Who: All elected site representatives, who will communicate all relevant information to their site reps after
- Wednesday, December 15, 5:00pm - Regular HTH Board Meeting
Who: Everyone should show up!
High Tech High will sunshine - that is, present their priorities for bargaining. (We shared our union's collective platform in October.) A strong turnout from staff can show administration that we are ready and eager to start bargaining! Agenda and Zoom link should be posted here a few days before the meeting.
