What sort of impact has using SUPR-Q had on clients you've worked with?

The only real reaction that I can remember is them having a more clear understanding that issues existed and there was room for improvement. We used SUPR-Q before we started on our design work to set a baseline and it helped tie our early work together - site reviews, competitive analysis, etc. - by also being able to say ‘this is what your visitors think’.
