We know of a couple of people that experienced technical difficulties when attempting to purchase our e-book during the 1st week or two of it being released back in September. If you or anyone that you know experienced ANY issues at all (i.e. payment didn't go through, you didn't receive your book, didn't receive a confirmation, etc.). Please reach out to us! We have since fixed the issues on our site, our e-book is also available on Amazon, and we highly encourage you to try to purchase the book again. It will only take a couple of minutes but will mean the world to us and to the people we serve and work with. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused but we hope that it doesn't discourage you from continuing to support. As an expression of our gratitude, when we hear from you about any issues you encountered that prevented you from buying the book-we will send you a 2nd e-book completely on us so that you can gift to someone else!
