Hey Community Group Leaders,
What a fun marathon weekend and what a great morning of worship on Sunday kicking off our Christmas series, Come Let Us Adore Him! Hopefully you were able to be present and enjoy it. While I know holiday breaks are approaching, I want to encourage you to make the most of this fun season with your groups. Whether that's a Christmas party or just getting together with different members, don't miss the opportunity that this season brings!
There are several important announcements below to make sure your groups know about, including an opportunity to serve our community through Angel Tree and our annual ICC Christmas party THIS Sunday! We are asking everyone to bring side dishes for a potluck dinner. Please make sure your group members know about this fun time together as a church family. See y'all there!

Announcements
Angel Tree: Each ornament represents a family or person that is personally connected with our church including the refugee community, St. Jude Target House, Memphis Athletic Ministries, Shelby County Schools and more. This is great opportunity to bless and share the love of Christ to our friends this Christmas season! Gifts must be delivered to the church no later than Sunday, December 19th. Be sure to pick up an ornament from the tree in our lobby.
Christmas Party: Mark your calendars for our ICC Christmas Party on December 12th at 5:30pm! Bring out your favorite ugly Christmas sweater and get ready for a night filled with sweet fellowship, dinner, ugly sweater contests, and fun!
Christmas Eve Service: Join us for our Christmas Eve candlelight service on Friday, December 24th, at 5pm! It will be a special time with family and friends as we worship, share the Christmas story, and reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ our Savior.
One Worship Hour: On December 26th and January 2nd we will be having one worship hour (in-person and online) at 10am.

Prayer Guide
This past Sunday, we began our Angel Tree drive to provide Christmas gifts for pediatric cancer patients at St. Jude Target House, staff/students at MAM, Perea Elementary, Believe Memphis Academy, Memphis Scholars, as well as Refugee Care. Please pray with us:
- Pray that God uses our congregation to bless these partners and opens doors for Gospel conversations.
- Ask God to give encouragement and endurance to teachers as they encounter brokenness in families and systems. Ask that God would help them not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9-10).
- Pray for students to have both their basic needs and educational needs met.
- Ask God how YOU might be part of bringing help and hope to your neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family this season. Angel Tree is a great opportunity for you to serve our community together as a group!
