FABIO'S TABLE offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an intimate multi-course, wine pairing menu hosted by Fabio. The menu features an elevated dining experience inspired by traditional dishes enjoyed around the table during holiday celebrations in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Brazil.

We want everyone to come out together and enjoy this experience! Fabio and the team have created mouth-watering plant-based interpretations of the European Holiday Traditions meal such as Mushroom “Foie Gras” and Hearts of Palm “Scallops” sure to delight and pair perfectly with the wines so regardless of dietary preferences for you and your friends, you can all dine together. When making reservations online, guests must select the Plant-Based Menu option.

VINIA Wine & Kitchen is available for private intimate events and buyouts with Sunday - Wednesday dedicated exclusively for catered events. Hosting a holiday party, corporate event, anniversary dinner, bridal shower, wedding rehearsal, reception, or birthday? VINIA AT HOME
Bring our favorite curated gourmet items home! Rotating selection includes olives, candied nuts, wine salt, pickles, pesto, and guava sauce, as well as our popular housemade Brazilian cheese bread, ravioli, and empanadas frozen and ready to reheat plus a selection of wines. Ask about the weekly selection and purchase at the restaurant.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: During the month of December we are hosting several private events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and will be closed for regular service. Thursday Nights will continue to offer Live Music and Vinia A La Carte Menu. Please always call ahead to ensure availability or reserve in advance.
