ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗ & ΨΗΦΟΦΟΡΙΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΤΗΣΙΑ ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ ΔΕΚΕΜΒΡΙΟΥ 2021

Αγαπητοί φίλοι, Μέλη της ΑΟΡΑ Hellas, Αθήνα 07/12/2021
Λόγω έλλειψης απαρτίας την Κυριακή 05 Δεκεμβρίου, ορίζεται νέα ημερομηνία για την Ετήσια Γενική Συνέλευση της AOPA Hellas, η Κυριακή 12 Δεκεμβρίου στις 11:00 το πρωί.
ΦΑΣΗ Α’: Η ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗ
Για να συμμετάσχετε στην Ετήσια τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση (ΕΓΣ), που θα γίνει διαδικτυακά στις 12 Δεκεμβρίου 2021 ώρα 11:00, θα πρέπει να είστε ενήμεροι ταμειακά, δηλ. να έχετε πληρώσει την συνδρομή σας, κάτι που μπορείτε να κάνετε μέχρι την έναρξη της.
1. Θα πρέπει να εγγραφείτε για την Συνέλευση μέσω του παρακάτω συνδέσμου:

2. Ακολουθώντας τον σύνδεσμο πρέπει να συμπληρώσετε τα στοιχεία σας (registration form) δηλ. Όνομα, Επώνυμο, διεύθυνση email & να τα επιβεβαιώσετε, αριθμό ταυτότητας ΑΟΡΑ & ημερ/νία λήξης. (βλ. δείγμα)
3. Μόλις γίνει η ταυτοποίηση σας θα λάβετε τον σύνδεσμο Ζοοm για να συμμετάσχετε στην ΕΓΣ. (Η εφαρμογή Zoom είναι καλό να υπάρχει στη συσκευή σας).
4. Εάν δεν έχετε ταυτοποιηθεί μέχρι την Παρασκευή 10 Δεκεμβρίου ελέγξτε τον φάκελο spam. Εάν δεν έχει έρθει τίποτα ακόμα στείλτε μας email στο info@aopa.gr με τίτλο «Για την ΕΓΣ + ονοματεπώνυμο» και οπωσδήποτε τα πιο πάνω στοιχεία σας
Σημαντικό: Μέλη που δεν ταυτοποιήθηκαν με την πιο πάνω διαδικασία μέσα στις δηλωθείσες ημερομηνίες, δεν θα μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν στην ΕΓΣ.
Η Γενική Συνέλευση θα μαγνητοφωνείται.
ΦΑΣΗ Β’: H ΨΗΦΟΦΟΡΙΑ
1. Όταν πρόκειται να αρχίσει η ψηφοφορία επί των δύο θεμάτων (α. Απαλλαγή ή όχι του Δ.Σ. από την ευθύνη της οικονομικής διαχείρισης κατά την διάρκεια της θητείας του και β. Έγκριση ή όχι του προϋπολογισμού του επόμενου έτους), θα λάβετε emails από το σύστημα ZEUS
2. Το κάθε email θα περιέχει ένα σύνδεσμο για την κάθε μία από τις δύο κάλπες (π.χ. θέμα α΄ Απαλλαγή ή όχι του Δ.Σ. κλπ.), με ένα μοναδικό κλειδί για τον κάθε ψηφοφόρο.
3. Εφόσον ψηφίσετε δεν θα έχετε δικαίωμα να αλλάξετε την ψήφο σας.
4. Μετά την ψήφιση σας θα σας αποσταλεί «απόδειξη» ότι ψηφίσατε.
INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE PARTICIPATION & VOTING AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF AOPA HELLAS IN DECEMBER 2021
Dear friends, Members of AOPA HELLAS Athens, Dec. 7, 2021
Due to lack of quorum on Sunday December 5, a new date is set for the Annual General Meeting of AOPA Hellas, on Sunday December 12, at 11:00 am.
PHASE A’: PARTICIPATION
To participate in the Annual Tactical General Assembly, which will take place online on Dec. 12, 2021, you must be updated with your paid membership. You can pay any due membership fees even just before the Assembly.
1. You must register to attend the Assembly via this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZAkce6tpzspHNcxYrXUGlH3eaUbOTP_U0Zg
2. Following this connection code you must fill out your particulars, thus first name, last name, email address & confirm them, ID card number, and date of expiry.
3. As soon as your identification is complete you will receive the ZOOM connection code to participate in the Assembly. (It is recommended to have the ZOOM application already).
4. If you have not been identified until Friday Dec. 10th, please check your spam file. If you have not received anything yet, please email us at info@aopa.gr with the title “For the General Assembly” + your full name, including your particulars as above.
Important: Members that have not been identified according to the above procedure within the dates indicated, will not be able to participate in the General Assembly.
The General Assembly will be recorded.
PHASE B’: VOTING
1. As soon the voting will start on the two issues (a. Discharge or not of any financial responsibility of the Board of Directors during the year for which they were elected and b. Approval or not of the next year’s budget), you will receive emails from ZEUS system.
2. Each email will include a connection for each one of the two ballot boxes (i.e., Discharge or not of the B.o.D. etc.) with one unique key for every voter.
3. After you voted you will not be able to change your vote.
4. After voting you will receive a “receipt” that you voted.
