EPC HEARING ON CANNABIS IN OLD TOWN
RESCHEDULED TO DEC. 16
The Environmental Planning Commission hearing regarding cannabis retail in Old Town has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 16 at 9:00 a.m. on Zoom. Here are the details for the Zoom hearing:
SEND IN YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR LUMINARIAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Christmas is coming back to Old Town and your donations are needed for luminarias. They will be on the Plaza, around the church, and on the main streets for Christmas Eve (December 24).
We'd like to really fill Old Town this year, and the suggested donation is $75 (checks payable to San Felipe de Neri School). Please send your donations as soon as possible to:

and note "luminarias" on your check.
Remember that these luminarias are for the main parts of Old Town and not for any specific business location. Feel free to put out your own luminarias in front of your business as well.

STEP 1--Send email that you want to have your business listed on the Old Town website. Just fill in your name and your business name. You'll receive an automated response telling you how to do Step 2--making payment.
STEP 2--Follow the directions in the email you receive, and make a $10 payment directly to lobo.net so we can continue having the website hosted. Get a receipt for proof of payment.
STEP 3--Forward your payment receipt by email to oldtown@bottger.com. (It will trigger the next automated email to you.)
STEP 4--You'll receive a link to a Google form by email. Please complete all of the information. Note that most fields are required. There are only a couple of optional fields. No photos, logos or images. When you complete the form, submit it. The information you provided will then create your listing.
