The holidays and start of a new year can be a wonderful time to connect with loved ones and start fresh. For many, it can also be a difficult time of year. We have articles below to help if you or someone you know are grieving, experiencing symptoms of depression, or are feeling anxious about social gatherings.

We’re looking forward to the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we expand our programming next semester! We are incredibly grateful to our supporters who made this possible. While the state of
youth mental health is alarming, we are heartened to see an emphasis on preventative mental health interventions like ours. As noted by Mitch Prinstein, chief science officer for the American Psychological Association, “Just like we teach people to eat low-fat food and exercise, we need to help people develop the skills so there’s resilience against stress before it even occurs.” Our mission is to do just that!

Together, we can help children build the resilience they need to weather life’s storms.

When mental health is prioritized, children can fully unleash their potential and everyone benefits. Give the gift of resilience today!
