Nominate a Community Arts Champion
The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it has added another category to our Annual Awards: Community Arts Champion. This award honors an individual or business in Dover who focuses on creativity as integral to civic engagement, community vitality, and access for everyone, everywhere in the City. Businesses or individuals in this category demonstrate significant support for the arts in the form of grants, underwriting, major sponsorship, in-kind donations, and/or volunteer support. These businesses or individuals not only understand the benefits of the arts to creating vital communities and strengthening local economies and education, but their contributions significantly benefit the wider community as well.
The nomination forms will be available after the first of the year on dovernh.org and the award will be presented, along with our other award recipients, at our Annual Awards Dinner this spring. Stay tuned for details!
