We so look forward to welcoming all inside St. Paul’s this Christmas to celebrate with floral decorations and festive music accompanied by chamber orchestra.
You are invited to make a donation for flowers and/or music by using the envelopes in the church pews, online through the church website, or send a check to the church office.
Please note if your donation is for Christmas Flowers or Music and include a dedication if you’d like. To be listed in the Christmas bulletins, submit donations and dedications this Sunday, December 12.
Thank you!
Calling all children and families for a fun activity as we prepare for Christmas! All supplies will be provided to make your own Filipino lantern in the children's and family area of the Sanctuary during Sunday's 10am service. If you cannot make it for the service, simply let Jocelyn know. She will package supplies and share directions on how to make these beautiful Parols at home at your own convenience.
The real origin of the Filipino “Parol” can be linked to the Mexican “luminaria” or clay-pot lantern placed outside the window during the El Posada, when villagers re-enact Joseph and Mary’s journey to Bethlehem in search of a room to deliver the baby Jesus.
What a fitting way to celebrate Gaudete, the Third Sunday of Advent. Rejoice! The Lord is near!
Giving Tree - Thank you
Non-perishable food and gifts for the families we are helping this year are due this Sunday, December 12. Please bring them to the Parish Hall between 8:30 and 11:15am. If you need a little more time, please take them to the Office (10am-2pm) by Tuesday, December 14th so that Santa's elves can gather next week to sort them in preparation for gift wrapping and food distribution on Sunday, December 19 at 9am in the Parish Hall.
The Parish Prayer Calendar is an ongoing daily prayer cycle we use to remember members here and at a distance. If we miss someone’s name, please call and let the office know. Thank you.
