In observance of the 2022 New Year's Holiday , NASA Services will be closed on Saturday, January 1. Customers that subscribe to Saturday service will be serviced the following Monday, January 3.

All services will take place as regularly scheduled for the remainder of the week. 

Need an early pick up? Call to request one by Wednesday, December 29, no later than 4 pm, for pick up on Friday, December 31, in lieu of your regular pick-up at no additional cost. You can also call to schedule an extra pick-up at the appropriate fee.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE ACCOUNTS
RECEIVING SUNDAY SERVICE...

All accounts that currently subscribe to Sunday service will receive regularly scheduled service on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
 
The Los Angeles Flower District will be experiencing heavy volumes of excess floral waste trimmings and debris because of the New Year's 2022 holiday. 
  • Please be advised that placing items for disposal in the street, sidewalks, or around the trash bins is not allowed.
     
  • All material MUST fit inside the trash, recycling, and organics bins and/or carts and the bin lids must be able to close.
     
  • Any bins not accessible due to blockage will not be collected and will be assessed a return trip fee. 
To reduce the possibility of fines, ticketing, or excess disposal collection costs, please have an authorized account holder arrange for extra pick-ups, extra bins, or increases to collection service by calling the LASAN Customer Care Center at 800-773-2489. Please call in all requests no later than December 29, 2021. Note that requests made after December 29, 2021 will be accommodated but may result in a delay of extra collections and could incur potential fines being assessed by the City.
