Governor Kate Brown to Hold Press Availability
Press conference scheduled at 12 p.m., December 17
(Salem, OR) — Governor Kate Brown will hold a press availability tomorrow, December 17, at 12 p.m., to discuss Oregon's ongoing response to COVID-19. She will be joined by representatives from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Oregon Health & Science University.
Members of the media must RSVP by 10 a.m., December 17, by emailing the Governor's press office at Governors.Press@oregon.gov. The Governor's Office is using a Zoom-based platform for the press conference, and log-in information will be provided to reporters who RSVP. Members of the media are asked to log in a few minutes early.
A livestream—with an American Sign Language simulcast—will be available for the public on YouTube. A Spanish language simulcast will be available on OHA's Facebook page.
