IMPORTANT NOTE FOR METAL FIGURE FANS
I sell a lot of (often fairly bulky) metal figures, and this year saw the cost of the lead-free tin alloy that I use rise to unprecedented levels. I have already put the prices up in August an dit looks like they will have to go up again, so this is the best time to get any metal figures before the price goes up in the New Year! Metal now costs 4 times what it did when I started out, and my only other option is to start converting the bigger figures into resin to stabilise the price.
(Advantage of this is that resin is not only easier to work with for assembly, clean up, etc, but details look better to the eye and it is much lighter, so it will cost you less to get shipped. Not so easy to mass produce quickly, though.)
I have put all the current metal figures in their own category on the site, so you can browse through them and see which ones will be going to resin - the pricier the metal figure, the further up the conversion process queue it will be. Some of the figures will stop being produced in metal at all due to cost, as their current production moulds fail and need replacing. If it's wearing a coat or cloak, or has wings, or has tons of options, it'll be going into resin ahead of the rest...
