S  P  A  C  E | FAQs

Hello folks,

Anyone know what day it is? Me either. And I'll confess I spent a good half hour journalling this morning under the heading 'Wednesday' before realising that it was actually Tuesday :)

Whatever the day though, if you're considering the prospect of joining me in S P A C E come January (programme recap here), you'll want to read on - because what follows are the answers to your most common questions about the container.

[Of course if your interest is already piqued enough, you can fast track yourself into a qualification call by completing this form.]

Those questions then...

How much time does it take?
A really common query from those thinking about coming into the programme is how much time it will take - alongside a concern that they won't have that time available. And I suppose the answer to this really is that the time commitment is flexible.

At a basic level, there's a group coaching session of 1.5 to 2 hours together once a fortnight - and a 1.5hr private session every two months. You can commit as much time on top of that as you wish, whether via classes or group activity, but that becomes about how much you want to put in.

And while I do believe it's a case of the more you put in the more you get out, the truth is that even as you dedicate yourself to putting that the time in, you'll find yourself perceiving there to be more time available to you rather than less - it is, after all, called S P A C E for a reason :)

How many people are in the programme?
The group is small - currently three participants - with two additional spaces now opening up. That makes it a nicely intimate experience buuuuuuuut... I can't tell you that it will remain this way forever (and certainly not at this price).

Which isn't a sales pitch but because I believe in giving my work (and me!) the flexibility to change and develop as it needs to - and that means I just can't predict what this will look like in another few months time (which really is the essence of what I was talking about on Instagram only yesterday).

Why the price?
Another common question/concern - 'what am I getting for my money?'.

The answer? If you're interested in the list of 'stuff', you'll find that on the website (and it's quite the list hence me not repeating it here).

I guess the real answer though lies in what is unseen and 'unlistable' - the ongoing individual coaching within the private online (non-Facebook) space for example, the magic of the group dynamic that is pretty much guaranteed to up-level your own experience and insight throughout, and the alchemy that is sitting S P A C E alongside the other pieces of my offer (including bespoke practices for the container, all regular online classes, Voices and soon to be an online practice library too). It might be a cliché but the whole really is worth far more than the sum of its parts.

When does it start?
The new intake will come on board from 10th January with the first group coaching session on the 13th January. You could expect your 121s around the end of February, early April, and early June with the programme concluding at the end of June - just before heading into the summer.

Last one... where do I get to from here?
For this one the only honest answer is 'I don't know'. Because it really does depend on what it is that lies inside of you - and after all, finding that is kind of the essence of what we're doing here.

What I can tell you is that S P A C E provides an opportunity for change. An opportunity to tap into what it is you really desire from your life, to root down into a strong sense of EMBODIED self-belief and self-trust and, from there, to start moving yourself forward as you need to.

So that's me, short and sweet today - but available for additional questions if you have them.

Check the website for the full programme details.

Email me with anything additional you'd like answered.
Fill in the form if you know you're interested and you'd like to talk.

[...and if your gut is perking up at the idea of getting involved, but your brain is raising objections I can tell you now that everyone on board has been where you are (and that I have been where you are), and that not one of them (nor me) would regret the decision they made.]

All the love,
Lisa xx
