Here are my Top 10 Tips for a great Christmas!

  1. Eat and drink what you like on Christmas Day and Boxing Day!
  2. After Boxing Day get back on track and remember, weight gained quickly can be shed swiftly too if you act fast, so cut back and get moving!
  3. Left-over veggies make wonderful soup.
  4. Make Christmas Pudding Ice Cream by mixing any left-over pud with vanilla ice cream and freeze it.
  5. Get rid of temptation by giving unopened boxes of chocolates or biscuits to charity.
  6. Try to go out for a walk every day without fail.
  7. Only have one box of chocolates or biscuits open at a time to avoid grazing!
  8. Remember, it takes 15 seconds to eat a chocolate but 15 minutes of walking to burn it off!
  9. Avoid nibbling!
  10. Call someone who is on their own and make their day!
