SOS racism carried out a screening to assess discriminatory processes occurring in interim agencies in France. They tested whether interim agencies would respond favourably to reject non-european candidates. 45% of the 69 agencies contacted agreed to discriminate.
We salute that out of all agencies contacted, none from the Adecco Group gave their green light to this illegal practice. Adecco has been training staff at all levels of their organisation on diversity, equity and inclusion.

That's a wrap for 2021! We want to thank everyone that participated in these achievements! We wish you happy festivities for the end of this year and we are super excited to do more with you in the coming year! As an ending note, here is a quick reminder that this project is funded by ENAR’s main funders, the European Commission, the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust and Sigrid Rausing Trust. We also want to thank them.
Take care, and let's keep achieve more next year!
