We recently acknowledged #timetotalk and the importance of it not just being the one day that we open up and talk, but every day we talk about our mental health. We need to help support others and reduce the stigma attached to mental health.

Around 8 million people in the UK suffer from anxiety, it is known to be one of the most common mental health disorders. We encourage all conversations on mental health, we encourage to talk openly and with confidence about their mental health and how they are feeling.
Over on our Facebook we always talk about wellbeing and ways in which we can break isolation and loneliness, come over and join us.

Part of our wellbeing program is our Menopause Cafe, this has been recently added to our events for you.
"Unfortunately, many people feel that they should just 'get on with' the menopause, with some never talking to their friends or family about it. People can come along and just listen, or join in on the discussions, hopefully leaving with a clearer sense of the impact on those who are experiencing it."
This cafe is aimed at breaking down the taboo around menopause.
Open to people of all genders and all ages.

We asked over on social media what was needed from the hub and we listened, the hub hours have changed!
The hub is now open every Tuesday and Thursday, 12 - 2.

Our pop-up baby events have been hugely popular with the community and we love being able to support the local families with the baby bank and new mum items.
Next month we are linking in with our Internation Women's Day events and we are going to hold pop up at both events.
You will find us at both events, Crewe is at South Cheshier College and Winsford, is at Winsford Academy.
Stock from our community hub will be there and also can be placed for uniforms. |

We have started a monthly drop-in at Chance Changing Lives this is part of the Saturday kitchen.
We are going to be there from 4:30 until 6:30 on;

14th May
11th June
Will be offering emotional support and items for all genders from our Community Share Hub. If you are in need of welfare bags or period kits, please contact us on motherwellhub@motherwellcheshirecio.com.

Inspire by Motherwell Cheshire
We are expanding our Inspire services, which support and inspire young women aged 14 years - 25 years.
We are offering young people the chance to be trained in level 1 first aid in Mental Health. Fully funded so no cost at all.
Running in Crewe in February half term then Winsford in April.
Please email inspirecheshire@motherwellcheshirecio.com to sign your son or daughter up.
Another opportunity for young women is a chance to sign up for our self defence/ personal safety sessions.
These courses run for 3 week's.
We are extended the age group of these session's
13 years - 17 years
18 years - 25 years.

Only 5 weeks until our first Women’s Day, have you got the dates in your diary since you will not want to miss them.
Crewe - Saturday 5th March at Cheshire College - South & West
 Winsford - Saturday 19th March at The Winsford Academy
The days will be filled with workshops and activities along with stalls in our marketplace and most importantly the opportunity to catch up with friends and meet new ones.
We have also teamed up with Crewe Market Hall and
will be holding a 'Live Lounge' event on Saturday
5th March 6 pm - 11 pm there will be lots of entertainment from local talent,
bucket shake and we will have our very own market stall selling merchandise.
We are so pleased to be able to welcome people back to our marketplaces at both Crewe Women's Day and Winsford Women's Day as an integral part of our Women's Day events. We are sharing our traders this week in both events - do take a look and make sure you click 'going' to get all the updates.
We are thrilled to be welcoming Pink Magic Handbags back to both events, whilst Crewe sees the return of The Women's Equality Party Cheshire East and welcomes Network She, and Winsford welcomes back Churches Together Winsford and District alongside first time participants Felicity Rose & Co .
