UUMH Chatham Weekly Bulletin - December 28, 2021

As you all perhaps suspect, with the increasing prevalence of COVID infections, your Committees have discussed the future plans for our in-Sanctuary programs. The consensus of all is that for the present we should revert to all remote services via Zoom without any Sanctuary or Fleck Room activities. This regression, of course, is dependent on the future course of the pandemic. There is some hope that we may reconvene after a brief pause but only time and the virus will tell.

On January 2, 2022, we will have our first all remote service which will be comfortably informal. The topic will be “INTENTION”, that is what are your intentions for 2022. What is it that you want to change in your life? What are your personal goals, your religious goals, other goals you might wish to pursue. Mary Parsons and John Raye will be the service leaders. We hope many of you will provide insight in what you see as your intentions to focus on over 2022. There will be no music or other formalities during the service, only your thoughts and those of your colleagues. We hope you will join us and share in this intimate setting.
