Hey y'all!

It is, as I write these words, Christmas Eve.

Statistically, this will be my least read newsletter of the year. In fact, my other Newsletter is on hiatus until the 10th of January for just that reason. But I told you that each Friday I would share with you what I wrote that week, and so since I am still writing, I am still sharing.

Southern AF Cornbread – I heard a lady say she was making chicken and dressing with Jiffy Mix, and I felt compelled to help her out. This is the cornbread recipe of my people.
A Poor Man’s Feast – Eat like a king for about a quarter. Goes perfect with the cornbread above, and a perfect use for that leftover hambone from tomorrow’s supper.
State Your Needs – Tell people how to love you.
Solstice – My body keeps the score.
Habits Are Things You Get for Free – An ADHD hack I have used to be productive.
The Lemonade Stand – Just a funny story that happened to me in the rich part of town.
Nostalgia for a Different Past – We can’t change the past, even if we sometimes dream about what that life would have been like.

I wish you every happiness and a Joyous New Year.
