Happy 2022  - it's a New Year!
Wishing you all a wonderful year ahead with new adventures, great music, more guitar playing and time with your friends and family.

We hope to have a few of you come visit our shop in 2022 and we will continue to share photos of what we do here, reviews of our guitars, artist updates and what is available for sale.

We are grateful to be busy doing what we love, making a range of guitars for our customers and dealers.   Thank you again for the support as we look forward to bright future.
Thank you to all that inquired about a guitar in 2022!
We appreciate your interest and your questions.

A new sunburst named Old Red adorns this D-SMA - a vintage style burst that captures the past along with some new elements like a Tortoise headstock veneer.  This sinker set has the beautiful ribbon effect that the minerals create while underwater.  We had this guitar played by our friends at Peghead Nation before heading to Carter Vintage guitars to find it's new home.

SHOP NEWS

Reviewing some new/old wood... we have several sets of Cuban Mahogany ready for builds and a few Alaska Sitka tops from older submersed logs that we recently acquired.  In 2022 we will make a few Dreadnoughts for review with the Sitka tops.   These are available for custom orders!
We are having more continued requests from our customers to adorn their Thompson custom guitars with images that mean something special to them.

Thanks to Simon Haycraft for the excellent artistic abilities he brings to the table. We think the Lion is magnificent!

Simon has a new Instagram account to highlight his work - check it out!

Be sure to check them out if they come to your area!
Thank you for all of us for helping make Thompson Guitars what it is today...
