Sathya Sai Grama
Every year on December 7th, Founder’s Day or Institution Day is observed at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, in memory of the day that the ‘Loka Seva Vrinda’ was set up 60 years ago by Sri Madiyala Narayana Bhat, fondly and respectfully called Revered Anna.

Sri Madiyala Narayana Bhat was the epitome of selfless service, sacrifice, spirituality, compassion and pure love. He was a true patriot at heart. He was passionately driven to impart value-based education to mold young men and women of sterling character and selfless nature, who would dedicate their lives in service to society. He founded the ‘Loka Seva Vrinda’ in 1960 and set up two educational institutions in Karnataka, one at Alike and one in Muddenahalli.

At present, the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Group of Educational Institutions provides high quality and value-based education, free of charge to 5000+ children, 75% of whom are from rural backgrounds, across 26 campuses in three states namely Karnataka, Telangana and Tamil Nadu. Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai launched the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam on May 16, 2020, to further instill the fundamental values of the Gurukula system of education along with modern academic studies.

Gita Jayanti
December 14, 2021
Gita Jayanti is the auspicious day of the advent of Srimad Bhagavad Gita. This is the day on which Lord Krishna imparted the essence of Vedic knowledge to Arjuna over 5,000 years ago and enlightened him about the ultimate goal of life.

As stated in the Gita-mahatmya, if one properly follows the instructions of Bhagavad Gita, one can be freed from all miseries and anxieties in this life, and one’s next life will be spiritual.

Bhagavad Gita literally means the Song of the Supreme Lord. It is the most widely known Vedic literature in the world. This year we are celebrating Gita Jayanti on December 14, 2021.
Let's Learn the Bhagavad Gita
In this Introductory video of the series 'Let’s Learn Bhagavad Gita', Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, on the occasion of Gita Jayanti, beautifully elucidates the significance and relevance of the Bhagavad Gita in our day-to-day life. On the journey within to realize our True Self, shraddha and the Grace of God are essential to let go of all attachments and rise above the dualities in this ephemeral world.
Swami in His infinite Grace is shedding light on the path for all earnest seekers of Truth through the study of the Bhagavad Gita, the Song Divine which will grant us the highest wisdom and lead us to our emancipation.

Each video in the series will be released on a daily basis and will include 2 shlokas from the holy Bhagavad Gita with the meaning of the words given after each verse followed by the interpretation of the shloka. We urge all seekers of Truth to contemplate and meditate on the verses as part of their daily Sadhana. May all rise to Higher Consciousness.
Divine Messages
Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai
Sathya Sai Grama
You Have Been Chosen to Just LOVE
This is a discourse delivered by Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai on November 28, 2021, to ashramites and students. In this discourse, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai delineates the difference between devotion and spirituality in the context of love. Unconditional love for the Lord is devotion which we have successfully arrived at, says Sadguru; and selfless love for humanity and everything around is spirituality. Sadguru describes the present phase of our spiritual journey, as one, after having moved beyond name and form, to now live in love...... where duty has no place, but all done for love's sake has grown and spread the Sai mission in India and abroad.
Work is love in action, says Sadguru. When this becomes our dictum, love begins to guide every step. Intuitively we move forward. Just live in love, advises Sadguru. Simple as it sounds, it is not so easy; however, we are given simple steps that will help to develop such love. Begin with small things like doing your work, playing sports or studying to the best of your ability without eyes on the reward. You will become Divine. Do not tarry, as time is running out, Sadguru lovingly adds.
Become What Divinity Wants Us to Become
Pure, Selfless and Ultimately Divine
Here is another wonderful message from Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai to the Ashramites and Students on the birth anniversary of Sri Madiyala Narayana Bhat, November 30, 2021, at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli.

Christmas Celebrations
December 25, 2021
Christmas commemorates the birth, life and message of Jesus Christ who is not merely a historical figure who lived at some point in time. When we think of Jesus, what comes to mind are the Divine values of love, compassion and sacrifice. God appears in some form to teach mankind the great lessons of living in peace and harmony, loving and caring for one another in service and sacrifice for the greater good of all. We must imbibe all that Jesus Christ has taught us through His life. Only when we live the lessons He taught us will we be able to celebrate Christmas in the right spirit.

Book Release
Sarvaṁ khalvidaṁ Brahma - All is Divine - is the supreme law that was discovered by the seers of the most ancient Indian civilization in their highest state of absorption. This changeless and eternal principle of all existence is the ultimate truth and it is the only answer to every possible question that was and that will ever be asked by anyone on this planet! This eternal law is Sanātana Dharma which naturally includes every inanimate object too, as an expression of the same divinity.
This book is the first part of the series 'sanātana dharma Simplified', a collection of articles written by Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai for a bimonthly column of a popular newspaper, in an effort to simplify and clarify the fundamental concepts of Sanātana Dharma and its practical applications in day-to-day living, especially to the unfamiliar and the uninitiated.
