This year is almost at an end, and it's time to reflect on 2021, plan for 2022, and enjoy the holidays. We have some updates and resources to help you wrap up this year and look forward to the next:
🗞️ Product updates
- Orgnostic users will now get Insights, actionable and timely reports that show trends you need to pay attention to at a specific point in time. More details below.
- We have a new metric - Time in Stage, which allows you to see an average of how many days your candidates wait in each step of your recruitment pipeline. If you're using Lever, Teamtailor, Talentlyft, Recruitee, or Workable, Time in Stage should appear in the Talent Acquisition chapter of your Story.
- If you're an Orgnostic user, you will soon get an automatically generated annual report you can edit and share with your stakeholders. We're very excited to share it with you!
- Last but not least, Personio users can now use Orgnostic for advanced people analytics. Learn more below.
