Dear Friends,

Earlier this year, my team and I launched Moral Courage ED, the no-shaming inclusion program for K-12 schools. Today, I'm announcing our next milestone, this time for businesses.

We're launching "Diversity Without Division," a unique program for companies that want their inclusion efforts to unify employees.

Equally exciting, “Diversity Without Division” has a major distribution partner: The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), one of the world's biggest professional associations.

SHRM's own market research reveals a deep hunger for "Diversity Without Division," especially among younger CEOs. They know that when people engage productively across differences and divides, multiple perspectives can be heard — which, in turn, fuels innovation.

If you're with an organization that needs culture change, check us out

But what if you’re just an individual who wants to learn "Diversity Without Division" on your own? Then enroll in our on-demand, pre-recorded, and self-paced course.

The course takes 5-9 hours to finish. When you graduate, you’ll be eligible for the next step in your Moral Courage journey.  Which brings me to the second announcement today…

My nonprofit, the Moral Courage Project, invites you to become a professional Moral Courage Mentor certified by Oxford University.

Starting in the spring, the Moral Courage nonprofit team will train people of all persuasions and backgrounds — be they K-12 educators, police officers, social activists, corporate employees, retirees, parents, or high schoolers — to mentor their peers in the skills of communicating to understand and be understood.

You've already seen the faces of some future Mentors. Here are more:

Interested in joining them? We've laid everything out for you:
If you’ve got other questions about this opportunity, contact the Moral Courage team’s Director of Education and Training, Allison Gerrard: allison@moralcourage.org
And if you’d like to meet fellow travelers for mutual learning and laughter, contact the Moral Courage team’s Coordinator of Community, Jennifer Richmond: jennifer@moralcourage.org

The next Moral Courage milestone involves higher education. We already teach undergrads on various campuses to discuss polarizing issues productively. (Learn more.) Even so, we're working on something transformational. In a few months, we'll share news about this, too.

Stay tuned and stay engaged!

Gratefully,
