2022 Baker College Faculty Conference
From Reflection to Rediscovery:
Reigniting Our Passion for Teaching

Baker College is excited to announce we will be holding the 2022 BC Faculty Conference in Muskegon, MI on May 13, 2022. This conference provides a thought-provoking and stimulating forum for faculty of all disciplines and experience to share practical ideas and best practices regarding quality teaching & learning.

Our theme for this year’s conference is From Reflection to Rediscovery: Reigniting Our Passion for Teaching. In this immersive experience, we will be reminded of where our passions lie and re-examine our best practices. We’ll provide opportunities to reflect upon our own growth and consider how we can move our pedagogy forward based on what we’ve learned and by learning from others.

Faculty are invited to submit proposals on topics related to the following conference tracks:

  • Revitalize: Self-Care and Mindfulness

  • Reimagine: Innovative Teaching Techniques

  • Represent: Considering Inclusion and Accessibility

  • Recognize: Strategies for Learner Success

Please review the linked conference flyer for more information on the tracks and types of sessions (roundtable discussion, interactive workshop, and posters).
