A Message From Your WH Cornerstone Team

Hello Friend,

While the holiday season is infamous for its joy and cheer, we know that it's a season of anxiety for many people. From stress over year-end spending to concerns about the financial habits of beloved family members, it can be a lot to think about all at once.

Furthermore, for widows, holidays and social gatherings can be an especially challenging reminder of what they have lost. At these times, it’s critical to support your loved one as she navigates a difficult time. We offer you this guide to help you support her.

That said, if there is one thing we know for certain, it's that your mindset is one of your greatest tools. This December, instead of getting caught up in day-to-day stress, try to shift your mindset to one of reflection. Think back to this time last year—a time when many of us were still isolated at home—and look at how far we've come. Try to practice gratitude that we're able to gather once more.

We wish you and your family a very magical Christmas season and a blessed New Year.

Cheers,

P.S. Save the date! On Thursday, January 27, we will be hosting a Healing Through Connections webinar for those dealing with grief featuring a special guest speaker, Cathleen Elle. Stay tuned for more information coming in January.

P.P.S. Last month we took a bucket list trip and went on life-changing safari. Many of you have asked us to share some pictures. See them on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
