One Thursday, we went on a fast to a mountain to prepare to participate in the Communion service to be held the next Sabbath. Throughout the day we shared about walking and talking with Jesus at all times, sharing with Him what is nearest to our hearts, as our Father and Friend. At the end of the day, a church member said, “I am amazed! I feel that a huge weight has been lifted from me. We saw the church members begin to apologize to each other. This was HUGE because there had been many misunderstandings between them and much discord within the church. (Many members had left over the years due to this internal conflict and even those still present still had some level of discord among them).
We thank God the congregation of Lupchapi. Though they are small (only six members), they continue to add more people and we rejoice to see many previous church members with the desire to return to God and grow a personal relationship with Him.
