In the above video, I share a message of thanks for the resilience shown by the USANA Family. I see a big opportunity in 2022 for us to continue helping to create The Healthiest Family on Earth.

The Journey & Destination

"Be firm in your destination, but flexible in your path." — Erik Qualman

Kevin GuestThroughout the year, one topic that's been top of mind has been resilience. How do we create a resilient culture? For me, it's embracing these four steps:

  1. Develop the ability to bounce back after failure
  2. Act on problems effectively
  3. Emphasize relevance
  4. Have fun!
Resilience is something the USANA Family's shown time and again as we continue to navigate the pandemic together. As I think about resilience, I believe the above quote fits this notion perfectly.

Each of you sets an example for me about adapting to change. You routinely overcome challenges and obstacles in your path. Being teachable is so important, and in being teachable you're also embracing the need to be flexible.

The past two years, to borrow from the Beatles, has been a long and winding road. But our destination has remained firm. We're committed to helping create The Healthiest Family on Earth.

As I wrote last year at this time, the past 12 months have proven to be challenging and unkind for so many. Yet, I truly believe unique opportunities await us in 2022 as USANA embarks on its 30th anniversary (for more on that, I invite you to watch my full holiday message).

In the meantime, please accept my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for your dedication, determination, and resilience. I wish you peace and joy during this special time of year.

— Kevin

New Vodcast: Leaders Share Secrets to Success

Driven with David Mulham

There’s no roadmap to greatness. Dynamic leaders combine instinct, intuition, and initiative to fulfill their dreams. And it’s what’s USANA’s newest vodcast Driven with David Mulham is all about.

Join USANA’s Chief Sales Officer as he interviews top business leaders to uncover their secrets to success. Each episode showcases unique experiences and powerful life—and business—lessons.

This is your chance to sit in the boardroom and listen to the benchmark achievements these successful individuals bring to their lives every day.

Giving Back: Thank You for Your Continued Support

Two initiatives—one ongoing and one just completed—exemplify the giving spirit that characterizes our worldwide USANA Family.
  • Garden Towers Project: In August, The USANA Foundation and I announced an ambitious project—building 30,000 self-sustaining garden towers by USANA's 30th-anniversary celebration in 2022. I'm pleased to report we're well on our way toward that goal. But we can still use your help. For just $20, you can fund an entire tower from start to finish.
  • Holiday Bag Project: USANA Kids Eat, which supports school-age children throughout Utah, completed another successful Holiday Bag Project. The organization and its many volunteers (including the USANA management team) filled bags with food to send home with children during the extended winter break. You can see more about this on USANA Kids Eat's Instagram.
