Winter 2022 

Schedules

Although classes will be online through January 30, 2022, student schedules will remain unchanged. Students do not need to take any action to continue in their current course selections.

In-Person Courses: Courses that will be eventually held in-person will indicate a room (usually 3 letters and 3 numbers, such as POD999). The course will be held virtually until we return to campus January 31, 2022. At that time the class will be held in the room indicated.

Virtual Courses: Courses that indicate “VIRTUAL Classroom” under the room, will be held online for the entirety of the semester.

Students can confirm instructions for joining courses remotely via their D2L course profile in my.ryerson, which will be updated by the week of their first class meeting.

De-Enrollments

Students who have not met the vaccine compliance requirements will be de-enrolled from in-person courses on December 20, 2021. Staff can see details in the presentation and FAQs.

COVID-19 Information and Updates

ServiceHub

Remote Services Only December 20 - 23, 2021

Traffic in the ServiceHub has been light all fall and historically quiet the final week of the semester. The ServiceHub's in-person services will close Friday, December 17 at 4:30 p.m. until reopening in January. The ServiceHub will continue to serve students via our remote channels (telephone, live chat, email) December 20 - 23, 2021.

Mid-Year Closure

The ServiceHub phone and chat lines will close Thursday, December 23, at 3:30 p.m. Though in-person services are closed, staff will be on campus on Wednesday, December 22 to process mail and faxes. The ServiceHub will reopen Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10 a.m.

Mid-Year Break Communication

An email will be sent to all undergraduate students on December 17, 2021 with information on the mid year break, fall grades, winter fees and enrolment and OSAP. This is the first time we are sending this communication and the goal is to connect students to the information they need over the break.

ServiceHub Facebook Account Shutting Down

The ServiceHub Facebook account will be phased out by December 21, 2021. Current students can still connect with the ServiceHub on Twitter and Instagram @RUServiceHub, and via our contact page.
