Happy Holidays! 

By now, you should have received a letter from me asking for your support of the mission of the Speed Art Museum through a year-end gift. It’s my hope that you will consider this request and continue to bring to life our mission of inviting everyone to celebrate art forever.

I know that people become members for many different reasons, and I invite you to consider what yours is. Are you drawn to fascinating, world-class exhibitions such as Promise, Witness, Remembrance or Isabelle de Borchgrave: Fashioning Art from Paper? Do you love the art of film and enjoy frequent visits to the Speed Cinema? Maybe you’re passionate about bringing art into our Louisville community and want to be a part of our Community Outreach work. (If so, I invite you to visit the Speed before February 3 and see Something in the Water, an exhibition by our first ever Community Connections Artist-in-Residence, Shauntrice Martin.)
