Supporting and caring for a person with dementia can be stressful and challenging at times. To help you take a break and share experiences about your experience with people on a similar journey, attend this virtual Caregivers support group. A Dementia Care Coach will be present to facilitate the group, answer questions and provide ongoing support.

Attend this holiday-themed virtual concert by a young group of musicians who wish to bring joy into the lives of others through music. Listen to or sing your favourite songs from different eras and music styles to make the best of your Thursday evening. You can also request for your favourite songs to be played before the event.

In the first week of our month-long campaign, Join us on our Facebook Live with Champlain Community Support Network on Wednesday, 5 January 2022, to directly ask questions from our experts, and get answers to all your dementia-related queries.
