A leaseholder established in tribunal that he had been overcharged on insurance between 2011 and 2019, but he is not going to get any of the money back.

Nilesh Solanki, a 58-year-old motor industry professional who owns a flat in a block of 10 in Harrow, north-west London, argued that he was paying an extortionate amount for buildings insurance when the commission to the broker and freeholder-linked managing agent represented 66.6% of the premium net commission.
