Better nutrition is what the world needs


An unhealthy diet is unsustainable.

Yet, the world is not eating well, according to a new assessment of global nutrition.

Food is part of what makes the festive season special. It’s timely to reflect on the nutritional value in our diets and how we can make healthier and more sustainable choices about food.

This month, we are mindful that The Dairy Promise is nutritious food for a healthier world.

A new evidence-based report, Dairy's role in a healthy, sustainable diet, has been produced for nutritionists and dietitians by the Australian dairy industry.
