Thank you so much for taking part in the Praxis Christmas Box scheme for destitute families.
As a result of your generosity 107 children in destitute migrant families and 47 mothers will have gifts to open on Christmas morning.
It’s hard to describe the impact that your gifts have on the families: for the parents, knowing that they are not forgotten and that so many people care really raises their spirits. For the children, feeling included in the same way as other children at this special time of year and experiencing a little Christmas magic brings joy and happiness. You make that magic happen.
The gifts were distributed by Santa at our Christmas party (held just before new guidance was received on Christmas gatherings) and we thought you might enjoy seeing some pictures.
