As you start to tense up thinking about all the last minute shopping you still have to do, or figure out how to juggle all the family commitments your attendance is required at, your shoulders have a nasty tendency to creep up towards your earlobes. This often leads to a tightening of muscles, many of which cause headaches or aches and pains in the neck, shoulders or down the arms.
