Seaside Cruizers Christmas 2021 Newsletter Issue #2 – 2021

2022 Father’s Day Weekend Update

I hope all of you stayed healthy and safe over the past couple of years and are continuing to do so.

I want to bring you all up to date on where we are and what's happening with respect to our 2022 show and shine. After having to cancel our highly-rated Father’s Day Show and Shine weekend for the past 2 years, we were optimistic that 2022 will be a go. Most British Columbians have been vaccinated over the past year so planning for the return of 2022 weekend is proceeding. It was our expectation to open registrations on January 1, 2022 however, with the Omicron variant now making its rounds, we have decided to delay opening registrations until February 1, 2022. This will give us a chance to to see what course and impact the Omicron variant will have going forward. We continue to be optimistic that the 2022 Father’s Day Weekend (subject to Provincial Health restrictions/guidelines) will take place and we will continue our planning. I will keep you informed about progress being made and when the Website Registrations are available.

The Town of Qualicum Beach is excited to be welcoming back the vibrant Seaside Cruizers Show n Shine event in 2022. While the event will be different due to COVID-19 protocols, it will undoubtedly still bring the same thrill to car enthusiasts throughout the region.

We want to thank all those involved who make this event such a great occasion and attraction to our Town, and for your continued efforts to support local and make the Town “Show n Shine”.
