This time of the Christian year is one of resplendent beauty. Despite all of the brokenness, unmet-expectations, sadness, failed plans, and neediness, soon we will greet the little child who has come to rescue us, and there will be a great celebration.
As has become our tradition, we will celebrate Christmas Eve and reflect on these promises on Thursday, December 24, at 6 p.m., in a candlelight service of lessons and carols. This family-friendly event is open to any and all who would like to be a part, so please invite your loved-ones, neighbors and friends.
