2021 was a busy year at Pure Life. Here are the highlights:
- We hired a new therapist and Massage Manager, Ashleigh Meadows, who gave birth to her third child in October.
- Wo Belvet moved to evenings, expanding our available massage therapy schedule to include nights and weekends.
- We have also welcomed Sherry Hill, RN and Nutrition Coach, who is available by appointment between her rounds at Duke Hospital.
- As for myself, I became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and subsequently completed a 128-hour PCC level certification in Leadership Coaching. I will complete my Professional Certified Coach credential with International Coaching Federation this year. This exploration lead me to transform my offerings as a coach and massage therapist. I now offer Vitality Coaching and Integrative Somatic Coaching exclusively. You can read about our new services on our updated website.
I'm so excited about the many events I have coming for you this year.
 I've partnered with my "business bestie" Dr. Liz Winders for a series of retreats in 2022. The first of these retreats, Embrace and Illuminate, is coming up on January 28 from 1-5pm. We've been broadcasting about our offerings, so follow Pure Life on Facebook if you'd like to stay on the insider's track to our transformation series.
You will also find me speaking at City Club Raleigh as part of their Business Builder Breakfast series. You are the Superhero is an open to the public event and free with pre-registration. Join me there at 7:30am on Tuesday, January 25.
