with L&S Mentors

Did you know that L&S Mentors are current Berkeley PhD students who offer one-on-one mentoring appointments to L&S students? They specialize in providing compassionate support for issues like Adjusting & Belonging at Cal, Choosing a Path (Major/Careers), Study Strategies and more! Another popular service is the L&S Mentors' guided process for Tackling Incompletes. Definitely worth checking out!

Capstone & Other Research Opportunities

                                        Attention Seniors and Rising Seniors!
Research projects are sometimes called "capstone" when they represent a culminating achievement toward the end of your time at Cal. If you're looking for outstanding, funded capstone opportunities, the following programs are currently offering info sessions and accepting applications:

All Students: Regardless of your class standing, explore additional research opportunities, including searchable databases, at the Office of Undergraduate Research & Scholarships.
Important Spring 2022 Deadlines
Deadlines are set at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Friday, Jan 28 - Deadline to drop Early Drop Deadline (EDD) courses.
Wednesday, Feb 9 - Deadline to add/swap/change units for courses and deadline to drop non-EDD courses.
Friday, Feb 18  - Deadline to submit Concurrent Enrollment petition.
Friday, March 11  - Deadline to request an EGT for Spring 2022 for students not enrolled at Berkeley or for students who want to change an EGT from a future term to Spring 2022.
Friday, April 1 - Deadline to change grading options.
