Join the Choir in January
January is a terrific time to join the Choir at St. Paul’s. The Choir School begins with offerings for children in kindergarten, the choir ministry embracing singers through teens and adults. In St. Paul’s intergenerational choir ministry, affiliated with the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM), boys and girls join equally with teens and adults in offering music to the glory of God.
You may learn more about the Choir of St. Paul’s by visiting the music pages of the church website ~ listen to recordings, review detailed choir schedules, and read a description of the RSCM Chorister Training Program.
Contact Susan Jane Matthews, Director of Music, at smatthews@stpaulsburlingame.org for more information and to schedule an audition. Choir rehearsals resume on January 13.

2022 St. Paul’s Parish Retreat April 22-24
After a two-year hiatus, St. Paul’s Burlingame will be returning to the spectacular Bishop’s Ranch in Healdsburg. The weekend will be the perfect time connect and re-connect with friends, old and new. Located in the Russian River Valley wine country, the Bishop’s Ranch offers comfortable accommodations and tasty homemade meals in beautiful setting to provide a rich experience for all ages.
More details to come, but please mark your calendars for April 22-24.
In order to reserve the appropriate accommodations, St. Paul’s needs to gage the parish’s level of interest in attending. We are very aware of the possible changes to health and safety restrictions in the coming months, but for the purposes of indicating your interest level, envision a parish retreat similar to those in the past. It would be helpful to have an approximate head-count by January 20th, so please call or e-mail Tom Power with your probable attendance and the number of adults/children in your party, or with any questions. tom.power@srsre.com, or (415) 990-4942.
