Snow Update

Our amazing mountain operations team have been busy making snow since before Christmas.   Big shout out to the team for working late into the evenings to make the snow fly.  Their tireless efforts throughout the season keep us on the slopes. We thank you!

Covid Regulations

Here is what to expect for the 2022 season.  Of course this is still evolving as conditions and public health guidelines update and change. Our #1 concern is the safety of our customers, volunteers and staff.

This year, we will require all guests, 12 years and up, to be fully vaccinated for the 2022 season. Guests 12 years and older, will be required to show government issued proof of full vaccination and a piece of personal ID (18+ years) at Customer Service before picking up a season pass or day ticket. Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated caregiver. We will continue to monitor public health regulations as they continue to evolve and adjust our policies to meet or exceed their requirements.

Facemasks are mandatory once again for the 2022 season.  Masks should be worn in all indoor areas, except when seated consuming food and drink, as well as outdoor areas including express ticket line, lift lines, and while riding lifts.

Your vehicle will once again be your locker for the season.  No outside bags, including off site food and drink, will be allowed in the main chalet or in the warming centre.

We are following social distancing rules and ask that you maintain a 6 foot distance between people for everyone’s safety.

Just like last year, if you arrive together, you can ride together.

Most importantly, If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any Covid19 symptoms, we ask that you please stay home and consider visiting us another time.

Main Chalet

This season, things are going to be similar to last year.  Our Main Chalet entrance will function as the entrance and exit for the Snow Sport Depot, Ticket Desk, and Customer Service Center (which are all located in the Snow Sport Depot space). There will be no entrance to the Chalet or Broken Buckle from this "Main Entrance.”

The Cafeteria will be used for Food and Beverage only. If you simply need to warm up, we ask you to visit our new "Warming Center" (pictured below). If you've taken a bagged lunch, we ask that you please eat your lunch outside on one of our picnic tables or  inside your vehicle.

The Broken Buckle will use their own entrance/exit on the deck (situated on the West side of the building, facing the back 9 of the golf course). There will not be inside access to the Broken Buckle Lounge, with the exception of staff delivering food orders from the kitchen.

The Main Entrance for the Chalet/Washrooms is now the door next to the A frame, on the South side of the building (facing the hill, itself). The exit for the Chalet is the door next to the kitchen, which leads out to the runway between our Chalet building and the Warming Center.

We ask that you please limit your time in the Chalet to under 30 mins to allow for others to come in to have a bite to eat, as well. Due to limited capacity constraints, we have included more outdoor seating on the deck, and have incorporated a Take Out Window for the Cafeteria (located next to the stairs, outside the main exit of the Chalet).

Warming Center

Our Rental Building will once again be used as a Warming Center! The main entrance for this building can be found on the back side of the building and will be clearly marked. The exit for the Warming Center is directly across from the entrance.

Once inside, we ask that you please follow the directional arrows on the floor to access lockers, and enjoy the warming area. No food or beverage is permitted in the Warming Center (please visit the Chalet building for this).  Masks are required indoors at all times. Please try to limit your time in the Warming Center to 20mins to allow others to come in and warm up.

The Rental Area will operate as its own "pod" within the building. The Rental Entrance/Exit is found on the South side of the building and will be clearly marked. You will also find our pre-purchased "Day Ticket Window'' in this area throughout the season.
