FPC Worships Together, in person and online

We have a new way of thinking in our church. We used to think that the gathered community on any Sunday was the group that was gathered in the 4 walls of the church... but times have changed, and so has our thinking. Now on Sundays we gather together in person and online. Sunday at 10 am, and later, the community gathers together on different formats and different ways, all valid. But today- I have very exciting news. The FPC Sunday on-line part of the congregation now has 2 options. The Livestream will still be available every week at the same link as before-
https://www.fpcbellingham.org/live/
or also at the FPC Youtube channel
https://www.youtube.com/c/FPCBellingham
BUT- FPC now offers a weekly synchronous Zoom service (from 10-11am). You can jump on before 10 to connect with people, at 10 everyone turns off their camera and mic and the service is spotlit. After the service there is a chance to turn on your video and mic and spend time together after the service. We are excited about what this might add to the connectivity of our online Sunday morning experience.

You can find the Sunday Morning Zoom Link at the FPC home page, www.fpcbellingham.org, or click the link above. It will be the same link every week and it will replace the old Cafe Zoom link...Come join us Sunday- In Person, on Zoom OR Livestream!

And speaking of the rest of the month... We are seeing

Really High COVID Numbers in Whatcom

The numbers have gone through the roof, and that is making life really hard on our medical professionals. Please be praying for all who work at our hospital in any capacity because this is a very challenging season. To help out in any way we can, we have shut down the FPC Building to meetings during the week for the rest of the month and every planned meeting is now on zoom. We will continue to host Sunday Worship in person, but for the next 2 weeks I would encourage you join us online. I love having having the in person option, and we will be open to all who come, but I think the wise choice for the next few weeks if you have any COVID concerns is to stay home. The great news is that we are gathered church in person and online. The next 2 Sundays are a great chance to make use of the new Zoom feature.
