Trust God
What is the life God has given you? In self-evaluations today, our students really challenged us staff to trust God and give Him room to do what only He can do. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to trust in the Lord and to lean on our own understanding. This isn't just for the big decisions we face, but for all of them. God directs us in all of our ways. Each step of our journey we need to rely on Him.
Going back to the first question, do you assume that you are in charge of your own life? Or is it the life that God has given you? Do you take what God has given you seriously and steward it well? Do you trust God enough that He is involved in your daily life? Challenge yourself this week to let God into your daily life. Ask Him what steps He has for you. What is He going to do in your life this week?
