The City of Kalamunda Libraries are here to assist with accessing
your Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
You can also print and laminate the certificate FREE.
Please note:
- You will need a MyGov account to access a digital certificate. If you need help with this you will need to book into more than one session. Personal details are required.
- The Service WA app requires digital identity. Please bring 100 points of ID with you (for example, a drivers license and Medicare card).
If you would like a hard copy of your certificate, this can be requested from the Australian Immunisation Register by phoning 1800 653 809 OR by asking your vaccination provider (GP or pharmacist) for a copy of your immunisation history.
Prepare now by booking into our special one-on-one sessions.
