National Championship
Viewing Party
January 10 • 7:00pm
The men of Midtown will gather at Pastor Lindsey's home (2417 Basil Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612) to watch the College Football National Championship. Feel free to show up at anytime, whether you care about football or just want to hang out with other men.
FOOD
Midtown will provide the pizza!
- Last names A-L: Bring a beverage to share.
- Last names M-Z: Bring a side to share (chips, dip, etc).
OUTDOOR OPTION
Weather permitting, we will provide an outdoor option with fire pit for those who prefer to gather outside. Feel free to invite a friend!

Children's Ministry News
Bulb Planting With Julia
January 23
After the church service on January 23, all children are invited to plant bulbs in a pot with Julia Williams. The children can take the pot home, put it in a safe place outside, and watch the bulbs sprout and bloom in the spring!
Midtown Sprouts Volunteers

Winter Classes for Children’s Ministry
Children’s Ministry offers four classes to serve our Midtown children aged 9-months through 5th grade:
Sprouts Acorns • 9-24 months • Room 5
Sprouts Sunshine • 2 & 3-yr-olds • Room 1
Sprouts Oaks • 4yrs-1st Grade • Room 2
Midtown Kids • 2nd-5th Grade • Room 4

On the table near the sanctuary entrance (left side) is a stand featuring 25 different minibooks that address a wide range of relevant topics such as sexuality, marriage, addiction, singleness, aging, chronic pain, infertility and anxiety. These books are free to you. Feel free to pick one up and take it home to read. If you want to process through the material further, we encourage you to reach out to an Elder or member of the Women's Shepherding Team.

Over the past four years, Midtown has encouraged the use of a Bible reading plan called the Community Bible Reading Journal. The Wellness Diaries

Hi everyone! My name is Katherine Williams and I'm a member of Midtown's Women's Shepherding Team. I'm in the process of creating The Wellness Diaries, a space to share my autoimmune journey to provide hope and support to women experiencing chronic illness. I have an autoimmune disease and know how isolating and frustrating chronic illness can be. I would love nothing more than to listen to you, pray for you and share my journey with you.
