We all have a side that we prefer or are more comfortable with. As in the Yin/Yang symbol, you can have a little small to go with your big AND a little big to go with your small.

We will practice running in place with shoulders and hips, opposite stop/go with fingers and toes, and other playful movements that bridge the two sides. Learning to regulate ourselves so we don’t let go of one or the other.
