A Letter from the Chair

Dear A&WMA Alamo Chapter Members,

Welcome to a new year.  I think we have all been looking forward to a better and tranquil year and it sounds as if we have a ways to go.  To quote David Bowie, “I don’t know where I’m going from here, but I promise it won’t be boring.”

We have an amazing and interesting list of speakers for the next several months and I know I am looking forward to listening/learning about subjects that are either near and dear to my heart or are just plain fascinating.  Our speakers is one of the reasons why I really enjoy this organization, they reflect the composition of our members – we are not all air and waste practioners, we are biologists, geologists, Phase I ESA practioners, CWA experts, remediation experts, etc.

I cannot wait to enjoy the comradery of my fellow A&WMA members and hear the speakers in-person but it looks like we will need to wait a little longer.  Please stay tuned on when we can meet in-person again, but in the meantime, please continue to enjoy our virtual sessions, you will not be disappointed.
