CASEY U3A ENROLMENT DAY PROCEDURE OPTIONS 2022
As Covid cases have greatly escalated, enrolment procedures for 2022 courses have changed to ensure everyone’s safety. There are now three types of enrolment options
ENROLMENT TYPE 1
Online enrolment requires your new password for the new member management system to be set - click below for guides

Go to the website’s homepage https://u3acasey.org.au and select ‘Click here for assistance, complete the details, click submit and someone will get back to you.
ENROLMENT TYPE 2
Complete the 2022 Membership & Application Enrolment Form and securely attach your payment/invoice number.
FOR ASSISTANCE:
Phone 0493 280 458 or 0478 226 521 – leave your name, phone number and a brief summary of the problem and someone will get back to you.
If you do not have a 2022 Membership/Enrolment form or details of the 2022 Courses you can collect paper copies on the 11th January from these 3 locations between 10-12 Midday.
- Brentwood Neighourhood House (under the verandah on the collection table)
21 Bemersyde Dr, Berwick
- Rossmoyne Family Resource Centre (under the verandah on the collection table))
19 Belldale Ct, Berwick
- Fiddlers Green Residents ONLY (U3A Cupboard)
COMPLETED 2022 PAPER MEMBERSHIP/ENROLMENT FORMS AND PAYMENT
Place in the box on the collection tables at Location 1. or 2.

Fiddlers Green residents can place their completed forms in mailbox 177 at Fiddlers Green.
ENROLMENT TYPE 3
Complete as much as you can on the 2022 Membership/Enrolment Form, attach a note briefly describing your problem, securely attach your payment and drop it off at one of the 2 locations listed above between 10-12 midday.
PLEASE NOTE:
All forms will be numbered IN ORDER OF RECEIPT to ensure members are equally allocated to classes. Popular classes will have a reserved number of places set for those forwarding paper Membership/Enrolment forms as the processing of these may take a little longer
